Beautiful and absolutely great hotel with clean facilities. Big size bathroom and newly furnished room. Good restaurant for dinner. Great place to stay for a trip to Kandersteg.

Everything was great, personnel was welcoming and polite. The room we had included satellite TV, central heating and a personal safe. Bathtubs in the private bathroom was a plus.

The hotel is modern and spotlessly clean, has FANTASTIC views on the mountains. The property has an unbeatable and exceptionally nice location, it's next to a cable car station. As I remember, there were lots of restaurants to eat, like Victoria Speisesaal that was only 10 minutes' walk away.

I had a cozy and homey stay at a lovely Swiss hotel. The room was clean and the bed sheets were super comfy. The location was perfect, right at the bottom of the gondola. The owner was incredibly friendly and even provided free passes for the gondola. The hot chocolate was delicious and the rooms were spotless. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had an amazing New Year experience in this hotel! The location was perfect, it was just a few steps away from the gondola station, which made things incredibly easy, especially with the kids. The breakfast was delicious and diverse, and the dinner menu also had a wide variety of options. What I liked the most was the excellent play areas for kids, they had a great time. , the hotel staff was incredibly kind and helpful, they made us feel comfortable and at home.

That the ice-maker was broken during our stay, which made it tough at times. The hotel staff was gracious and accommodating, but I feel like it could have been fixed sooner.

The property offers spacious and modern rooms, some with balconies and jacuzzis, perfect for a comfortable stay. There is a delicious breakfast with fresh bread and tasty dishes in the restaurant. The hotel also provides a large parking lot and complimentary gondola tickets during the summer season.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money was outstanding. With reasonable prices, I felt like I was getting more than what I paid for. Secondly, the attention to detail was remarkable. From the beautifully decorated rooms with breathtaking views of the mountains, to the balconies that allowed me to soak in the natural beauty, every little detail was thoughtfully designed. Lastly, the breakfast, featuring an array of local products, was simply delightful. I couldn't have asked for a better start to my day.

typically swiss hotel ermitage in kandersteg exceeded my expectations. the 4 bedroom apartment was spacious, comfortable, and had amazing views. the well-stocked kitchen and balconies were a plus. the staff was super helpful and the location was perfect for exploring. highly recommend staying here!

We loved the peaceful location of the hotel, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The stunning views from our room were a major highlight. It was convenient being right next to the cable car and hiking trails. The hospitality of the staff was exceptional, and the breakfast was delicious.

There was nothing we didn't like.
